At Vira Sangha, we believe yoga is more than just physical movement. It’s about cultivating strength, peace, and resilience within yourself. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I offer individual instruction direct in person or online. My flows are tailored to address the needs of Veterans suffering from PTSD and General Anxiety. I invite you to step onto the mat and begin your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life.

Our Story

I am Willian a Parker, a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with the military community. I am a wife of an Air Force Veteran, a mother of an Army Officer and am prior military myself. I have been captivated by the profound impact yoga has had on myself and my family. Yoga has positively improved our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and has become a family affair! My dream is to bring yoga and all those benefits to as many as I can, especially to the military and veteran community. I have been trained as a clinical psychologist as well as RYT 200 (Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher). I am Reiki attuned, locally trained and insured.
